Incorporated in the year 1995, SPPL (Shearline Process Pvt Ltd) started its operations with processing of tin related products & warehousing. Mild steel products such as tin-plates, tin-free, black plates processing & its warehousing is the very first operations carried on during the company laid its foundation. Post year 2000, the management planned to diversify its product & service range offerings by providing operations in Cold rolled steel, Pre-painted Mild steel in the form of both coils & bundles. Therefore, special purpose machineries & equipments were laid to process & cater service offerings. Later post 2008 India observed its highest Industrial growth & whole of steel lobby & fraternity was at its highest peak, & then there was a time where SPPL decided to expand three folds then their existing capacity.

Thus, SSPL observed interest in diversifying in Hot rolled steel products & accordingly in no time the management set three heavy duty processing plants to cater hot rolled products in a period of three years. Therefore a full fledged SSC (Steel Service Center) was proposed to cater whole list of mild steel products, thickness ranging from 0.08mm to 40mm irrespective of any length & width. Thus today SPPL caters 50,000 m.t. of steel at a time in ranging products from tin-plates, Cold rolled steels, pre-painted Iron, galvanized steel, Hot rolled products, Hot rolled pickled products, Hot rolled skin pass products in the form of coils, strips, bundles, sheets & plates, catering services in highly automated precision CTL (cut-to-length) plants, shearing, slitting, indoor warehousing, outdoor warehousing, Packaging & Retailing. Outdoor warehousing section facilitates up to other 50,000 m.t. For storage at a time, therefore totaling storage capacity to 1,00,000 m.t. At a time. Today, SPPL produces processes to churn over 3,60,000 TPA with its state of art technology & highly skilled professionals assuring priority services & dispatches. Thus SPPL, is a full fledged only SSC in whole India to carry processes of complete list Mild steel products ranging from thinest tin-plate product to thickest hot rolled product under one roof equipped with 9 heavy duty overhead cranes & 9 processing plants.
